Grrrrr. There's another problem with only this thread, for me. Every time I try to post I get an error message, even though the post went through.

I had trouble with one of my posts yesterday. I don't remember which one. It didn't look like it went through but when I tried again it warned me that I had just posted. I checked and my original message had gone through.

I have IBS so I don't think it'll ever go away =A=

I tried taking a nap today.. but I kept hearing my Natsume Yuujinchi Nyanko Windchime ding and I'd jolt awake... then I remembered that I was slowly adding new water to my shrimp tank and didn't want to overflow it (again) >w>,

So I got up... XD

Moi-I can understand all of that. I haven't always been able to take a nap either but lately, I have. I haven't had much choice since I'm not sleeping well at night. :/

Stress and Anxiety can trigger IBS but so can certain foods.. =A=

Mine is mostly Stress and Anxiety triggered, but milk, eggs, and a few other things can trigger it too x-x
