Cats have a primordial pouch that looks like a saggy belly. It's a natural part of their anatomy.

I think the cat I saw had a baby belly, but I couldn't guarantee that because I don't know its gender.
So maybe it was just a slightly larger natural saggy belly u8

Moi-XD I don't like those but my parents do. I'll eat one every now and then.

Oh that sounds awful. :qcry:

I wish I could send you the neighbor's cats, the same neighbor with the dog that tried to attack Max. He got two male cats to catch mice and I'm certain he doesn't feed them because they're too skinny. I haven't seen one in a long time but it was skittish so it could still be around and I just haven't seen it, but the other one is super friendly and has been hanging around our house. Mom's threatening to feed it but Dad said she can't. It's going to be a mess. *shakes head* I with that neighbor would quit getting animals he won't take care of. He makes me so angry. Anyway, I wish the cats could just stay outside our house but they'll kill our birds, lizards, chipmunks, etc. and my dad and brother will never allow that. I already saw feathers in the backyard. O.O And I mean, we did just take in one stray, I can't help them all even though I wish I could. If we weren't so wildlife friendly here it wouldn't be so bad but we care about them too and don't want stray cats killing them.

Must have been the 'nip. XD

Poor thing. It sounds like she's got something wrong with her. :qsob:

I didn't use to like them, but I've been eating them recently. They're kinda too sweet for me xD;

It was awful. I do wonder if my uncle feels guilty about it. I know I would never forgive myself 8u

I noticed animals tend to bulk up around winter so maybe they were just skinny over the summer? I know Casper and Samson were and now they look good, even a little chubby xD
But it very well could be he's not feeding them.
Pumpkin was really skinny - his bones were sticking out.
I tried to fatten him up and he disappeared and I haven't seen him since.
Yeah, cats will kill birds. Momo has killed a lot of them.
She tried to catch a squirrel once ._.
I know animals and how they act and that they hunt and kill things - it's the food chain - it's the circle of life.
But I feel bad seeing birds who only wanted a little food being dead and eaten.
Not to mention if they're mama birds or baby birds.

I have never seen her get high off catnip. She'd usually sniff it and walk away.
Casper, Samson, Sabre, Poe, Tofu, Rin and Momo LOVE catnip.
Macaron and Cocoa just never seem interested.

Yeah, I know. We wormed her but she didn't eat all the food we put the wormer in.
My mom said it looks like someone cut all her fur off because she was pretty fluffy and she's not now.
She was lying in the driveway when we had to leave and I was trying to move her and she thought the paper in my hand was food and kept looking at it and meowing at me.
She's not hostile like she's rabid or anything, but she never used to hiss and growl at everyone.

XD

I couldn't either. We all have guilt over something though. It just feels extra bad if it has to do with an animal.

I had a cat like that. I caught him killing baby birds several times. :qcry: I know he's not. He's the old farmer type. "They'll be fine. They have mice to eat and if not, eh, who cares?!" That's the way he thinks. :qs: I know but they can really decimate a population of wild critters. The last time these same neighbors had a cat she was a really good hunter and we wound up taking her but we never brought her inside. We just got her fixed so she didn't have to have her 100th litter of kittens. I'm exaggerating the number but you know what I mean. XD We didn't want a bunch of kittens and Mom felt sorry for her having to go into labor so many times. XD Anyway, by the time she passed away we didn't have any wild critters hanging around except for some birds and squirrels. She killed all of the snakes, lizards, chipmunks, and rabbits. I loved Vicky but she was being fed and didn't need to kill everything. :/

Hmmm. Maybe she was just feeling extra playful. If the temp was cool that could do it. Most animals love cooler temps. Calves run and play when it's like that, it's adorable. :qh:

That's weird. She probably doesn't feel good so she's irritable. Poor thing, I hope she gets better.

I have a lot of guilt built up from animals. I won't share why, but I guarantee it's stuck with me my whole life.

He better watch out because they might just end up eating him 8u
Yeah, Momo gets food and water and treats - she has no reason to kill either.
She sometimes doesn't even eat what she kills.

Could be. Saya used to get energetic and run around and play with Hyde's toys.
She was usually just a loner and not playful.

I hope she'll be okay. She used to be a sweet little cat. Now she's just...a loner.
We're trying to fatten her up like we did Casper and Samson so maybe it'll work u8

Me too. When I was young I was uneducated about everything animals needed, etc. We can only learn and do better. *nods*

Tell me about it. I wouldn't doubt it at all. XD Cats are bad about that. They just like to play with things until they kill it. :qd:

I hope you can help her. I hate it when animals get sick and I don't know what to do. :qcry:

I can't remember if I asked you or not, but are you ready for Christmas? I only have to wrap presents and bake cookies. We're doing good this year. :qg: Oh and decorate the tree. :qoops: I haven't been able to get to that.

**looks at Den and realizes I missed a day on the calender** Man. Being able to get extras is nice, but it also makes the calender a little confusing for me. And I'm running out of keys faster than I should. *derp*

You never stop learning about animals.
Like how people say not to give milk to cats.

My sister and I have this thing where we pretend to be cats and we're like "I love you now I suddenly HATE YOU I'm sorry for hurting you."
Because I've petted cats, then they'd scratch me, then nuzzle me for more pets.
>>

And she's not always around, so it's not like we can take her anywhere.
I don't know where she goes when she's not here.

I'm ready for the feeling of happiness, but Christmas will be just another day like the rest of the year.
I've gotten more depressed over the years around holidays.
It's supposed to be fun and happy and exciting and it's just like any other day.

Tam-Let me know if you miss any items. I'm going to have plenty. *nods*

Moi-True. I've noticed that milk bothers Casper more than Bob. But my mom just keeps giving it to them when she takes her medicine. :/ She swears she has trouble taking medicine unless she drinks milk with it. Then the cats go and mooch milk off of her. XD

XD That's cute. Cats are like that with each other too. I've always found that odd.

I figure they have their own routine. XD You should attach a camera to her forehead.

I don't feel that way yet, but it's not as magical as it was when I was a kid either. *hugs* I pray this year will be different for you.
