@Hotarla I'm actually on Dappervolk already :mcgrin: I'm called Mynah there too. I didn't know there was all this debate about events there because I'm yet to participate in an event there lol.

@Moi I like the sound of a system like that where premium items are eventually something people who can't donate can still get. What game is that?

More like I'm not on regularly and don't completely explore the site. There's lots of features or things to do that I haven't tried lol. It feels like too much to delve into for me, for now.

lool i see. well the event i was talking about was the summer event, since apparently getting enough points to complete all the reward tiers required ppl staying up all night to get them. which, i thought, was blatantly untrue. its not like someone was forcing you to do so lol.

Hotarla: I was sad. It's like not having internet when KofK is down xD
I have friends from here on Facebook, but they don't play anymore so I couldn't ask them if it was working for them.

Mynah: It's called Dead by Daylight - a horror game.
The pass is like $10 and you need to pay $10 to get the outfits.
So it seems like...premium pass people still get the better deal because they get more than just the outfits xD
For Christmas, the game gave out codes for people to get ugly sweaters for characters for free.
And people were complaining then too. "I had to PAY for that why do they get it FREE!? That's not fair!"
And this guy I watch who plays the game was like "I'm sorry, I'm not miserable enough to be hateful because someone got something I bought for free xD"

Well the thing was even though the web domain had changed, if you still used the original kofk.de URL, it would still automatically redirect you to the new kingdomofknuffel URL. However, just a day or two ago, the original domain name stopped working or it expired so every time you tried to use it, you’d get an error page. So really, instead of the original URL cancelling the moment we got a new one, we continued to use the old URL since it would still redirect to the new URL. But now that’s no longer possible lol.

That’s why a lot of people (ME) didn’t bother changing their bookmarked urls, because the old one still worked. XD

The weird thing is that the links in my browser history changed to the new URL. So when kofk.de didn't work I put 'knuffel' in my URL bar and got a bunch of suggestions from browser history with the new URL. I didn't even know the URL changed until the old one stopped working.

Hotarla: Right. I had the old one bookmarked as my very first on the list.
So I'd just click on it to get here.
Then it took me to an error page over and over and I thought maybe the Caravan crashed the site or something.

Well, I mean...I just assumed the site crashed so I guess using other links wasn't possible is the whole site crashed...
Glad I asked someone xD

Yeah, the ugly sweaters were like $2. So people were upset that people didn't have to pay $2 and got them free.
Like....I just can't imagine being that petty. Be happy for people xD
