Yea..

Well the issue is that our spaces are right in front of the building's main door so EVERYONE wants to park there and they ignore the fact that the 3 spaces there all belong to handicapped people who need those spaces free for when their helpers/rides come to take them places.

His grandfather was constantly going to the hospital because of how old he is, and those spaces were ALWAYS full up with cars that did not belong there. Our neighbors would rather take a handicapped person's parking space just so they wouldn't have to walk the few extra feet to get to their apartment.
