I don't see a problem with helping the disabled and elderly more, but I also know people try to screw over the system but that doesn't mean the people who do NEED the help should get screwed over too.
I've struggled a lot with my mental illness and people considering it laziness and people saying I'm not physically disabled so I need to have a job.
My aunt loves pointing out that we're lazy pieces of shit because she works and we don't.
I can't mentally hold down a job. There is also the fact I have a bad back and constant pain in my back and legs.

With my Hyde being elderly, sometimes he'll just be lying down and I'll call to him and he won't move.
I freak out because I know he is old and I'll run up to him and he'll raise his head >Bu
My one dog did that too. She was also old and wouldn't move.
I'd walk up to her and she'd sit up and I'd say "Just checking u8"
Last night we heard this noise that kinda sounded like a bird at first but I was like "....That's a opossum u8" so we went outside to look around and we didn't see anything.
I just happened to look near our car and saw a lump in the darkness hanging above it.
I told my mom to point her flashlight over there and she did.
It was a fatass opossum hanging from our cable wires ._.
It eventually was able to climb up and grab the tree limb.
