i remember hearing from someone who lives in.....Texas I think? she said that their homes are more equipped for hurricanes than winter weather and then showed pictures of how the water pipes in the home she's rebuilding had burst after the winter storm and made a huge mess. xD;;

yeahhhhhh, it seemed pretty bad. i has a look at some of the news articles on my local news website and i was laughing over some of the Canadian comments on some videos of Texans being unprepared for winter lol. xD;; i remember there was one vid where there was a hill and cars were just sliding down it like it was an ice slope and people were just watching and staring, even when the cars were sliding towards their direction. 8U and then just laughing over all the Canadians commenting on it lol.
