Once they're adults I can.

Female Amano shrimp are bigger than males. Also you can see the unfertilized eggs in their 'saddle' and that drops down to their stomach to be fanned by their swimmers when fertilized.

Also there's something about amano dots and dashes on their body... but I could never tell by those.

Basically, female shrimp have big butts o3o though gotta wait for them to reach full maturity to see the big butts xD
