What's better, throwing to lower-level or higher-level (but smaller chance) fellow members?

I think it's best to throw at higher level for more points in my opinion

Find old threads and throw at old accounts with lvl 1. Higher levels are easier to miss. With lvl 1 you mostly always hit when you're higher rank yourself.

Yeah I prefer hitting level ones
It's a 50% chance at level 1 yourself and goes up as you level. Sure, it's not as much as hitting a level higher than you, but I'd rather hit more often and get the more constant chain of tens than throw many times and continually miss for more
I think you ultimately get more that way too
