You probably do. I think I have it too because my elbow aches a lot and it travels down my arm.

Does it really help, though? Like physically? I have a brace too and I wear it when my arm is hurting but I can't tell the difference u8

keeping the brace tight can help keep stuff that's out of place where it's supposed to be, and gives support. I wear a pair of those weird Vibram Five Finger shoes when my left foot starts to act up from past ligament damage, for that reason.

I'm pretty sure my circulation gets cut off somehow 8u

I can be typing or holding a phone or using my mouse and my whole hand will just go numb.
As I'm typing this, most of my fingers are numb u8
Sometimes they stay that way .__.
Like if my hand goes numb I can usually just shake it a little and it'll go back to normal.
Sometimes that doesn't work and I have no idea what to do xD
