When I was a kid, we had to change out of our school clothes and put our PE clothes on.
Well, while all the other girls undressed in front of each other, I would go into the bathroom stall and change ._.
That hasn't changed at all in my 30s xD

I've come to realize that I go between worrying what people think of me and not caring what people think of me.
Like...I hate people seeing my face because I'm ugly and I fear they're looking at me and thinking "Wow she's ugly!"
And there's times when I'm talking about something with my mom at the store and she says "Shh people can hear you!" and I say "I don't give a f*** >Bu"

yeahh even changing clothes in a change room was something i didn't like to do lol. so i'm glad when gym wasn't compulsory anymore looooool. that and i hate gym lol.

I tried to type "sassiness" and typed "assiness" ._.

I think there's modesty and there's confidence and there's not wanting to ever be seen by the world because you hate yourself 8u
I'm the latter.
Most of my life, I've hated myself and didn't care for myself.
Because of that, I've let my mind and body deteriorate.
I've been learning to love myself in recent years, but I don't think I ever fully can.

Assassiness XD

Don't get me wrong. I've always been shy and body-concious. And never liked skirts.
But when I was in college I would not mind showing my cleavage. I uncover my arms and legs when the weather is hot.
And that does not mean I love my body.

I'm reminded of when I was trying to type "Cassie" and typed "Assie" instead when messaging a friend xD

I always call myself ugly, but people always correct me.
It's made me wonder if I have body dysmorphic disorder .__.
Because what I see, others don't.
It makes me wonder if I'm seeing stuff that doesn't exist.

Body dysmorphic disorder is a quite serious thing, but having bad body image is unfortunately common.
I think many -even most- women suffer it, the whole culture about body perfection is pushing us towards feeling we are not good enough.
It's hard-wired into our mind.
