Aw, sorry to hear about the stress, jacob. :(
Hope it'll make you feel a little better, kid's don't care about posessions, really. Especially the first few months, all he'll want is a happy mom. Don't stress too much about the house, don't stress about buggy's, it'll all work out. Really, all babies do is poop and sleep. Get some diapers and take plenty of rest yourself. As long as you can. <3 Hormones are also buggers, really. Those want to you clean and finalize your nest. It does stink when you can't, but I really don't think you're already a bed parent. On the contrary, you care. Think that's all you can do atm. :) Air out the space, send someone else in to kill the moulds. Get some warm winter clothes for yourself and the baby and you will all be fine. <3
Honestly, best way to put a baby to sleep is the vaccuum, don't try to be too quiet at first.
Sending some love and house selling vibes your way.
