Well, they could be Shounen/Seinen too 8u
Shounen and Seinen are just series aimed towards a male audience.
Seinen being for an older male audience.
Unless all Isekai are aimed at females or I dunno cats xD

I actually wrote ideas down for BL Isekai stories xD
One is...a reverse Isekai where a guy from a fantasy world is teleported to present day Japan 8u
He's a mage and his magic has decreased drastically now that he's in Japan and no one believes he can do magic.

Theres a manga series similar to that... except a bit backwards. XD


Magic DOES exist on earth but its kept secret from the masses. A mage from earth gets teleported to another world that alsi has magic, but its too far behind. He tries to hide his magic usage since the others summoned with him think magic didnt exist on earth.
