Those are functional knuffel room items. You put one of each in your knuffel's room and they fill the Happiness and Energy automatically. You can find them in the Living Empire under the "Functional" filter. The energy and happiness drop after digging but until your knuffels aren't on lvl 100 you can feed them with Pills and they'll gain more exp, so they'll level up faster :mchappy:
