It's good advice. I know I wish I could sell my art 8,u
My dad also told me to go for a job that's always hiring.
Like the medical field - people always need medical assistance so there's always a chance of finding a job.
He also told me that if I ever get a bunch of money, consider buying property and letting people rent it.
He said it's a good way to keep money coming in over time.
I would just hope the people renting weren't filthy pigs who destroy my property Bu
Another thing my dad taught me that has helped me is when I'd get hurt as a child.
He'd tell me "You're okay! Get up!"
So from a young age, eventhough I was clumsy and accident-prone - I'd just get back up.
I stopped crying when I got hurt at a young age too because...I was okay xD
I remember when I was in first or second grade, we were running to the playground and this girl fell and scraped her knee.
Everyone else kept running but I stopped.
I walked over to her and she was crying because she was hurt.
I remember thinking "Why is she crying it's just a scrape .__."
I helped her up and helped her back to the classroom.
