There was this game.. Ether Saga I think.. They allowed PKing. They had a system to allow AFK farming, and so you'd leave the pc to go do something, set up to afk farm, come back to a dead character because someone likes to go around and PK AFK farmers.

Amazingly, That wasn't what caused me to quit the game...


But yea.. every single person that claimed to be or were in a pinoy guild (the guild would have pinoy in its name to announce that they were just that) were KSers and PKers... just an annoying bunch that doesn't care about MMO social rules of NOT doing that crap. >:x Then they refuse to answer you if you try to chat with them, and don't apologize for their actions either.

You know it's funny because people from certain countries seem to do certain things in games.
I've noticed that over the years.
Maybe it's just acceptable where they're from u8
I know the US does stuff other countries find weird.

Most games have rules against KSing as it's seen as a form of harassment, so it's not acceptable there. Even on the asian version of the games it's against the rules. You get a temp ban on most games if your reported with proof. And with software like OBS that records gameplay, it's easier to report this kind of act.

Back in the day (my god I feel old) you could only use screenshots as proof, and those are hard to use as proof of KSing and harassment. =3=

The MMO I played basically said harassment didn't exist. Anything you'd consider harassment wasn't to them 8u
"Oh, someone a higher level than you keeps following you everywhere and keeps killing you and won't let you play the game? Nah, that's totally okay to do!"

MMo's like that suck ono


I use to play stuff off of Aeria Games and they were very against harassment.
The game with the PKers and AFK grind feature was a different company where harassment was ignored.. hated that company.

They literally have never owned a dictionary and don't know what harassment is Bu

I really enjoyed the MMO, but they ruined it the second they put in global PVP.
The game never bounced back to what it was :\

Yea, a lot of games developers have to decide whether they want a PVP game or a PVE game. And if they want to mix both, they have to make Arenas for the PVP or make select servers PVP.
