I remember going to Houston to visit family and I saw someone carrying an umbrella.
I thought it was funny because the sun was out and my mom or dad told me it could start raining out of nowhere because it's Texas.

Yeah, I've seen people in fiction use them.
They're delicate and pretty.
I especially love the Japan ones.
They're hard for me to draw too xD;
