I have it too. I got it from my mom, though hers is on grey, and mine is on brown. XD

You know what's funny, though?
Despite you and your mom having it, it says it's rare for it to be passed down from your parents.
That was just one article, though.
I find it weird that both my parents have it and someone is like "Yeah, there's not much of a chance you got it from your parents."

My sister has sectoral heterochromia. Her eyes are gray but she has a brown spot on one of her irises.

I've tried so hard to take a picture of my eyes to show people online but it never works.

That... is odd. IIRR, I seem to be the only one of eleven to have gotten it, though. The blue-eyed birth brother has a spot in one, I think, though. Or that might be the sister after me's oldest son.

I find it really interesting. I'm interested in genetics to begin with but to learn that I have a genetic mutation that's not bad made me happy.
Cuz typically you hear genetic mutation and you're like uB

I also find genetics with animals interesting too.
Like I always thought it was cool a white dog could have black, brown, and yellow puppies.
The same with cats too.
I know dogs and cats can get pregnant by more than one male but it's still interesting.

You know, something else I brought up recently with my bestie is me being multiracial.
Is that the right term? I'm Mexican, Native American, German and Irish I believe.
I told her how I have pride in my heritage but it worries me because since I'm all of them - people won't accept me.
Like "You're not a real Mexican!" "You're not one of us!" and shun me.
It's a weird feeling 8u
I belong to all of them and yet I'm none of them.
