Sure, I do have some recipes.
I'll add links in case you want to check photos, but they are kinda old (I've neglected my recipes blog for so long!) and written in Spanish.
One of the easiest ones I make is with yoghurt. You need: 2 yoghurts, 200 ml whipping cream and about 50g sugar.
Beat the sugar with the yoghurts.
Whip the cream, beat it with the yoghurts too.

Same idea but with a fruity flavour. You need: 200g fruit jam (your choice!), 200 ml whipping cream.
Whip the cream, mix in the jam.

In any case, freeze for about 1 to 2 hours, until the borders begin to look solid. Take out of the freezer and destroy all the little crystals (with a fork, or easier with an inmersion blender).
If possible repeat 2 hours later.
I also have one recipe with canned fruit and sweetened condensed milk, which does the same trick as the jam.
And the family favourite is vanilla ice cream but that's a bit more complex, so it's probably not the best choice for a beginner.

And then sherbets, which are a completely different thing.
