I felt sooo happy when I was able to recognize some kanji on that thing i translated the other day. I was all:

o3o.. I know that one! That's kami-sama! yay I can reads! and that looks like hontou .... is it hontou.. I'm sure it is... but I can be wrong.... OMG IT IS!!! ^(owo)^ but what's this other one.. it has ai after it.. ai is love... >:x but I never seen this other kanji before that is in front of it!

So.. I think I found and got rid of the smell..
it WAS in the kitchen despite it seemingly coming from this one area of the livingroom farthest from the kitchen... like wtf...

This box I kept in the kitchen, I normally kept it empty because that's where I stored my water changing hose (python) But I also sometimes stored grocery bags in there to be reused later. Sebas hid something in there and it went bad and some how threw its scent into my living room to hide. =3= magical box.

Good job with the japanese! XD i can only recognize kanji if it looks like chinese characters. Those weird slashes that don’t look like words, yeah i have no idea what those are lol. XD;;

Thank god for finding out where that smell was coming from!
