When the previous landlady was in charge, we had roof work done yearly, the parking lot was paved and painted every 2 years, gutters cleaned out yearly, building power washed every summer. The public hallways were always cleaned and freshly painted. Landscapers mulched and then planted flowers every year. And when something needed replaced, it got replaced with a new unit.

They also had a budget for 2 community gatherings a year. Normally it was Easter and Halloween parties for the kids. It brought everyone together. Playground updates.. Oh.. She even had plans to replace the picnic tables because the ones.. well at this point ONE we have is rotting and infested with bugs. And there was also a plan for a place to walk the dogs and let them play off leash so dogs could get proper exercise and go potty in the designated area.

They also had a contract with a towing company to get rid of cars parked in the wrong parking space!

This bish takes over:
The parking lot hasn't been done since she took over.
We haven't had roof work done in years.
There was a TREE growing from the gutters one year.. the sprout got so heavy they HAD to get it off the gutter/roof before it caused actual damage.
My windows have had bird shit on them for 2 years because the building hasn't been power washed. I'm on the second floor and I can't reach the spot where the poop is soo.. I been WAITING for that power washer... Nope.
The parking spaces numbers are so faded to this point, its LETTING people get away with parking in others assigned parking spot.
That towing contract no longer exists.
The budget for the 2 community gatherings, gone.
The public hallway is so filthy i have to put shoes on to go do my laundry, other wise my feet turn black.. just by walking down the hall.. that's how gross it is.

The one picnic table (we use to have 2) that needs replaced.. still there, still rotting... Designated dog area never happened, kids part hasn't had proper maintenance done, the hallway walls haven't been painted so patched holes and other marks stand out so bad. And the flower beds are just this bare dark spot in front of the 2 apartment buildings.

Even with budget cuts, not ALL of that would have been cut. Some of it, like the flower beds, community gatherings, basically stuff that doesn't have anything to do with building maintenance. But come on... the rest of it, there is a budget for it, but nothing is being done. Where is that money going?



There are like 3 pokemon and their evolutions that show up in a certain way and ONLY that way. xp pain in the butt

Ahh i hate those. Its like hunting for shinies, there used to be shiny trackers where it would say online that if you find this many pokemon consecutively, you miiiiiight find a shiny. But like no guarantee. Which is like…even harder than what you’re trying to do lol.

Hotarla: Shiny Hunting in Arceus is friggen easy. I have lots of shinies..
Here are things that make shiny hunting even easier:
Completing an entry (get 10 entries finished) ups shiny chance for that pokemon
Get Shiny Charm (Complete all entries/10 entries finished for each pokemon)
Perfect the Dex (All items completed on each pokemon)


But even without all that, shinies pop up hella more than in the other games. o3o
