Federal Law says it's still Illegal.
Most states have passed a law allowing the Medical Weed.

BUT according to my landlady she could evict us for having Medical Weed because it's still federally illegal and on Section 8 which is a federal program.

Section 8 lady said this was BS, and that if mom had gotten a card allowing it, landlady could not do shit about it. But mom and I didn't want to risk it because this lady hates everyone on section 8.
