i remember that an extended part of my family would host xmas parties at this one buffet, like a company xmas party thing. that was like.........yeeeeeeeears ago. before everyone started getting older. XD

Now most everyone is too broke to have such gatherings

that and everyone has gotten older, started raising families, only caring about their own plans.....xD;; so no more xmas parties pft.

Which is fine by me, I'm only able to be social for so long and then I need to recharge

And now I remember why I hate cleaning my room: dust

UGH I remember as a kid having to go to a huge family Christmas party with my grandpa's family because he had like 10 siblings or something like that so a LOT of extended family. No clue who anyone was tbh. Except I will run into people who know me so we will chat and then we say bye and I have no clue who they were.

God CANNOT wait for my sister to move out because I am going to deep clean every single room. Her junk is just everywhere and I've stopped caring because the moment I get something clean and tidy there's just junk back in the spot. I don't like cleaning and I always clean a little at a time, but I am itching to just clean so bad.

Lol well I hope she moves out soon then and you can start cleaning lol. XD

But yeah I’m glad we don’t have those parties anymore. Sucks to have no free food but whatever. XD I don’t mind seeing my great aunt or first/second cousins or whatever they’re called lol. Although, I hate how nosy they could be so now I’m glad I don’t have to deal with that.

Oh man, usually they are relatives. I don't say anything to them cuz I don't recognize them. There are some people who know my dad and they ask me about him and I have to lie cuz I talk to dad like 3-4 times a year outside of simple texts like happy birthday or just general reminders/holidays. I've had a few people talk to me because of a business I have on my shirt.

Clothes? you donating them or something? I did that early last year and slowly been buying clothes when I find a good sale on them. I need to find more summer clothes that aren't just t-shirts lol. I had to go emergency buy a nice dressy-type shirt because I didn't have any cuz I mostly go for comfort nowadays.

The relatives at the xmas parties of the past were all on my mom’s side. Her aunt (my great aunt) and her aunt’s children (her cousins) and THEIR children. So it was like…i guess they were my 1st/2nd cousins? XD;; i don’t know english terms lol.

We donated a lot of old clothes this year. XD;; did like a family clean up pft.
