I think it might’ve been one of those monthly letters. Gaia doesn’t do those letters anymore tho. Or evolving items. XD

Wow. A lot has changed then since the last time I was there then. They we super hyper focussed on evolving items when I stopped showing up.

Real talk for a moment: Can we Go back to that month that Pokemon Go was released. Everyone was so happy and the only people down my throat were old men at work who complained about a cell phone app kids were playing. Can we have that? Please.

Oh yeah no more evolving items. Nor do they have monthly letters either. And they stopped releasing birthstone items this year too. XD now its like…..recolors on recolors on recolors…xD;; that and Chance Items…8u

I feel like I missed what it was like to be a Gaian since I joined the site after most people left it. XD I don't really get the evolving items but I like that there are a lot of recolors because that makes items accessible for me.

ive been on gaia for yeaaaaaars. practically almost from the very beginning, give or take a year or 2.

Is it easier now to get items on the site with the recolors available or are some items still unobtainable and expensive?

Well they’ve been re-releases so some items are easier to obtain now. Others…well theres literally no market for older items tbh. At least, i’ve never really seen much market for older items. Of course, recolors do help in allowing others to obtain items they would like at cheaper prices, however it all depends on whether you like the recolor or not. XD

I don't spend much time chasing after items but it's very easy to get free stuff so I have a full inventory even if I only joined in 2019 or something. I think it's very easy to gain platinum anyway so if I wanted to, I could probably buy a lot.

They’ve also updated the daily rewards thing so you can get a whole lot more items from the daily chance. XD

I've been enjoying the update because I've gotten so much that I didn't have before. I'm hoping that it will take a while before the new awards become repetitive.
