I'm enjoying the event. At least it motivated me to dig finally XD
I don't think hybrid mode will be an option, but I'll ask on Tuesday. Today they showed me some easy things in the system. And I had to call people, which I hate with a passion, but it wasn't so bad. I'll get used to it.
