So today I harvested the last of the spring greens which never should have been left so long. The summer heat has made them too bitter to eat raw, so for lunch I sauteed them with capers and cherry tomatoes and had them with mustard.
It was decent-ish
And I don't have to feel bad about letting them go entirely to waste, so it's good enough.
Evening meal will definitely be more delicious, though!
