We just put a window unit in my brothers room. Mine stays pretty cool, but the house is so old that our central air doesn't work anymore.

Our house is so old that the bathroom is an add on. It originally had an outhouse. We found remnants of one or two. XD The closed back porch is also an add on because it's flush with the bathroom so neither make the house misshapen. And the door to the dirt basement is one of those um...ground cellar doors where you lift the door up by a rope or something.

And today is pretty hot. Ugh. And it's gonna be for a few days.

How is everyone doing? The end of the event is almost here and I still haven't hit 1500 :(

I am really wishing that kofk wouldn't stop sending me notices, and totally worn out from the work trip that I just got back from.

Also, the ac at the hotel has made me hate ac as much as I hate being hot.

I haven’t gotten notices ever from kofk. Lol. I think those can be switched off on settings.

We only have central heating here. And it’s not really that great, it’s literally just some strip heaters in certain rooms of the complex.

I got sick on the way home from the bus that brought me back to Edmonton. Worst IBS attack I'd ever had. I'm still a little wobbly.

I got sick on the way home from the bus that brought me back to Edmonton. Worst IBS attack I'd ever had. I'm still a little wobbly.

I haven't been treated or diagnosed for that, but I have concerns that I may also have IBS. It's so much pain that I think I'm going to vomit. I went to a mall with my family out of town once and I had a janitor call 911 for an ambulance because I got sick, I didn't need the ambulance. I just needed like 15 mins to get my life together.

I have no vomit reflex, but last night when I hit the loo it felt like I was urking my guts out backward.
