Got attacked at the register in a shop today as this Lady was determined to shave off 1 minute of her waiting time by cutting in front of me in the line.
She proceeded to toss half my stuff on the floor and steal the nail clippers I actually had gone to the shop for. (in the hassle those clippers ended up between the stuff she was buying and I did not notice till after I was at home). All the while insulting me by deliberately using incorrect pronouns.
I wished her a good day with her bad manners and if this one minute makes her happy she can have 1 minute of happiness.
Was already on the verge of a panic attack as it was really busy in the shop and I do not do people well. Mom said she probably smelled the stress on me and that is why she picked on me. :}

You are a Fox!

Foxes are clever, perceptive, and shrewd. You're happiest working behind the scenes, pulling strings and watching others dance to your imperceptible tune. Independent yet highly social, you glide among your circles of acquaintance with ease, sharing your sharp wit or a delicious piece of gossip.

That's HORRIBLE. A couple of years ago, there was a young girl who found out that another young girl (middle school aged) was speaking to her boyfriend. She stole a knife from a sports store called Acadamy, showed up at the Walmart this other girl was at and stabbed her to death in front of everyone in the store. The worst part of it was that they didn't make her stay in jail. They released her to her mother who encouraged her to beat the little girl up. I took two things away from this instance. 1.) I order groceries for delivery if I can, and 2.) both her and her mom should have gone to jail.

Wow that sounds horrible. That’s never happened here before, even if ppl were in a rush. I’ve never really seen such rudeness at cash registers, everyone in Canada seems perfectly polite lol.

My dad married a woman from canada. She came into the united states with a visitation visa and didn't leave until like six years later. She got into trouble for it lol.

I would love to go to a crystal mine :mclove: I wonder if there's any available here in Poland. Would have to google some.

I'm so sorry that it happened to you Dream. Your mom was probably right the woman sensed you being stressed and used it to her advantage.

That's called a crime of passion, I believe? I get that the girl was underage but I think for murdering somebody you should still be held accountable like an adult, especially she did it deliberately, no accident there. And mom encouraging her? Awful. Maybe she never anticipated such a strong outcome but dang, you should never encourage violence from your kids...

Uh yeah there’s limits to visitation rights lol. You need visas and such. Not sure about United States and Canada but I would think it’s similar.

I'm actually glad more and more places put a limitation on how many people can visit them. That way they will be preserved for future generations far longer than if people could just go in willy-nilly. :}

I suppose so. Preservation is key I guess.

Preservation is indeed key. If you see the mess people leave behind in public places when they aren't forced to clean up after themselves. Yikes. We are a dirty, wasteful species. :}
