I was to afraid to try since right now I wouldn't want to lose one of my maxed out Knuddels but I was always curious about it. Would be a great way to earn more fp next too leveling knuffel x3
It works.
But there's always a risk someone could re-adopt it before you.
And of course you re-adopt it at level 1

The re-adoption thing wouldn't be a problem if it was a knuffel that is still available in knufftropolis anyway. Or does it only work with those who are gone?

I've never released a Knuffel still in Knufftropolis so I couldn't tell you but I think it wouldn't be a problem at all.
