Huh, I'd never heard of Hausa *or* Talihraf before, had to look them up. Now, in my mind, they will forever be tagged as the "telephone" language, lol

There's probably about as many languages and dialects in Africa as there are in China

There's known lost locations. Ancient Egyptains had a neighboring trade partner, Punt. We know all about Punt. Except where it was. It was common knowledge, why bother writing it down anywhere?
