Yeah even if you don’t eat, you should at least drink water. No need to get dehydrated which is just as bad.

Just had an egg and apple avocado salad to pad my stomach. We’re making congee today so it take a bit of time. There’s gonna be salted meat with century egg, gingko seeds and a potato inside.

Dumplings take too much time lol. My folks are old and I hate to cook lol.
Besides, if we ever make dumplings, it’s usually with ready made dumpling sheets at the supermarket lol.

Pfthahaha sorry. I don’t think I’ve ever used homemade dough to make dumplings. Probably too time consuming esp when you’re making dumplings and just eating them right after.
