"Humidity is the concentration of water vapor in the air", sayeth many sources. But it does seem like there should be a few layers on that! Like, 100% humidity in fog is not the same as 100% humidity in rain, 'cause you gonna get much wetter in the rain than the fog. And if anything below 0°C can freeze water, how is water able to hang in the air to stay at something awful like 85% in below freezing weather? Although, cool note while reading just now, "hoar frost" is what happens when the water vapor
does start to freeze and fall out of the air!

Difference Between, it would seem relative humidity is the one that comes with the % sign and absolute humidity uses g/m3 as a unit, so I reckon it is relative humidity then...? Science is cool, but also confusing, in part due to English recycling too many words for similar things. @w@
Humidity totally amps the "feels like", no denying that!
