And yesterday I figured out how to carry out the chiropractor's prescription for a hot bath, despite tiny tub. And I put epsom salts in it, so now everything but the eye I got bathwater in is feeling better! And the eye just feels like I got soap in it.

It feels weird to have less snow and more spring than places like Iowa.

My tuina massage therapist taught me some exercises that i could do just lying around or sitting.

Yup. Less aching now.

I am working on getting myself into the habit of doing the exercises every morning. Thankfully, they can be done in the computer chair as well as when I'm laying down.

If I'm alive after tax season I sooo want to hit the gym. Been borderline chained to my chair for weeks. I'm going stir crazy.

i'm also less achey now. i still get it a twinge.
better than my cousin tho. i heard she was at the gym (she's something like a personal trainer) and she fractured a bone. xD;;

For the first time in my remembered life I had to move around and get a pillow to be comfortable in the dentist chair. Thankfully, they're kind at that office. Dentists seem to be really careful about people now days. LOL And the guys at this office get a kick out of the little Rapunzel dolls I carry around.

Every morning when I get up something hurts. Today I have a catch in my hip. Whee.

Get a tuina massage four times. If you have a good massage therapist, your pains will fly away. Lol
At least I feel better lol.

Yeah. Some people might say they're not dolls, since they aren't jointed and their clothes and hair are sculpted, but they're little person shapes made to be played with, so they're dolls to me. I've got one from Mattel that's a little taller than my insult finger, and a tiny one that came out of a Kinder Surprise egg. I usually carry the bigger one around the house, and the little one comes out with me so no one can see that I'm carrying a doll around. The day I went to the dentist for fillings I brought the larger doll because I'm scared stiff (pretty literally, I tense up like anything) of getting the freezing shots.

I say they're dolls. The original toys made hundreds and thousands of years ago didn't have ball joints, and they went down in history as dolls. Yours are just as valid for the label!

Dentists were such a nightmare not even a hundred years ago. My grandfather told me his dentist believed that anesthetic was only for "weak" women and children, and "real men" didn't need it. I'm so glad dentists are starting to realize their reputation for their patients needing sedatives to tolerate even routine cleanings is NOT a good thing.
