Is it possible to make and submit a Knuffel with traditional art (physical paper instead of digital art)?

From what I found in this post: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=46087 and the genereal requirements: wildknuffel.php?mode=new
I think there wouldn't be any Issue with creating one traditionaly if you manage to edit it later to fit the clean cut transparent background requirement.
Other than that I found no rule that would be against it.
