No, the URL of the site will stay the same, we arranged the movement of the domain www.KOfK.de to our new server. But that's exactly the problem - we already have the new server, but we do not know when the URL will be transfered, therefore don't know when the downtimes of this site will take place.

Okay, got some more information meanwhile. I'm going to take down the current site at around 14:00 UTC. I expect us to be around again at about 20:00 UTC, though this is not a promise, because some maintenance work at the new server I was planning to do has to be done before we go up again.
