I watch Youtubers that cover true scary stories.
They get them from the internet and sometimes from fans.
They read the stories out in videos.

Anyways, I was listening to a video and it was from this person who worked at a vet clinic and they were working the night shift and this woman knocked on the door.
The woman was crying a lot and said that she had had her cat put down earlier in the day and she really wanted her cat's body so she could take it home and bury it.
The person started saying the woman was weird and they were totally creeped out by the woman.
They gave the woman her cat and the woman left.
They were like "To this day I have no idea what she wanted with that cat's body..."
They were saying the woman was creepy and acting like she was going to do some Satanic ritual with the cat's body.

I was kind of irked by the story because the person was being stupid to me.
The woman was upset. Her cat had to be killed. She missed her cat. She loved her cat. She wanted to take her cat home and bury it.
What about any of that is unbelievable or creepy?

That's honestly something I'd do. Because the loss of a pet is heartbreaking. I'd want my cat to be buried at my house too. Make a little grave for it with flowers and a marker.

She knew about the cat, she knew what the cat looked like, she knew the cat was put down that day - clearly it was HER cat.
I just don't understand why it was creepy xD

Have you ever done something you thought was normal but others didn't think so?

I've had a few pets put to sleep over the years, and I have always brought their bodies home to bury. The vet even keeps clay on hand, and they give you an imprint of their footprint, and they have special bags that they put the body in for you to take home.

It's normal, yeah? We've always done that.

I just...am so confused because it was the least creepy story I've ever heard xD

I can taste it in your tears."

Yeah, I find it mind-bogglingly weird that someone would find it weird!

While my boyfriend and I were trying to nurse a kitten back to health, it bit my aunt. and so when the kitten died very shortly after, the kittens remains had to be sent to a place to check for rabies, but they dont give the body back for burial, and I was pretty upset about it.
