I'm fat, but I lost 40 pounds since February. All I did was switch medications and stop eating a lot.
I was talking to my dad about dieting and foods, and we agreed that the only good way to get healthy is exercise and the right foods.
You can't just be lazy and lose weight, you need to work for it.
Even with the 40 pounds I lost, I need to exercise so I don't get dangling skin xD
