Fruit is less filling, so I tend to eat most of it in one day xD
I actually can't eat much in one sitting. Like I ate three tiny pieces of turkey and half a small bowl of mashed potatoes, and I was full.

I LOVE food. Like it's so amazing and it should be thoroughly enjoyed.
No one in my family loves food the way I do xD
I'm fat, but I lost 40 pounds since February. All I did was switch medications and stop eating a lot.

I was talking to my dad about dieting and foods, and we agreed that the only good way to get healthy is exercise and the right foods.
You can't just be lazy and lose weight, you need to work for it.
Even with the 40 pounds I lost, I need to exercise so I don't get dangling skin xD

I've had pumpkin fudge before. It was heavenly *u*

I also tried zucchini muffins. They were delicious. Kind of reminded me of pumpkin xD

I saw this video on tv that combined Yoga and Pilates.
I'd like to get it and exercise with my sister.
